Poster Presentation Guidelines

Registration is mandatory for participation in the Poster Competition.

• ⁠Deadline for the submission of abstracts is 17th May 2025.

• Authors of selected posters will be notified by 19th May 2025.


• The poster must be a physical poster with dimensions:


4’ (122 cm) Vertical × 3’ (91 cm) Horizontal.

• Acknowledgements


Presenters are responsible for printing and bringing their posters to the conference.


• Posters should be put up at the designated date and time.


• The name of the presenting author should be bold and underlined.


Winners will be announced at the closing ceremony on 25th May 2025.
